11th Hour coffee liqueur was created in the heart of New York City by award-winning bartender Brendan Bartley. After two decades behind the bar at some of the world’s most renowned venues, Brendan saw a clear gap in the industry. Coffee liqueur, a cornerstone of modern cocktails, was dominated by mass-produced spirits defined by excess sugar and artificial flavors.
Crafted in small batches at Silent Alibi Distillery in Chelsea, 11th Hour is made with just four ingredients: coffee, water, alcohol, and sugar. Using Gillies coffee, America’s oldest coffee merchant, the liqueur is developed through a maceration process that extends beyond cold brew. With no additives or artificial flavoring, each bottle captures the depth and complexity of New York coffee.
