11th Hour was created at Silent Alibi Distillery in the heart of New York City.
Industry veterans Brendan Bartley, Dave Oz, Robert Nieves, and Luis Hernandez, whose careers span the world's most renowned venues, saw a clear gap in the industry. Coffee liqueur, a cornerstone of the modern cocktail, was dominated by mass-produced spirits defined by excess sugar and artificial flavors.
Crafted in small batches in the heart of Chelsea, 11th Hour is made with just four ingredients: coffee, water, alcohol, and sugar. Using Gillies coffee, America’s oldest coffee merchant, the liqueur is developed through a maceration process that extends beyond cold brew. With no additives or artificial flavoring, each bottle captures the depth and complexity of New York coffee.
